As a Customer Service Representative at CoCart, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support. You won’t just be resolving issues; you’ll be creating positive and memorable experiences for our customers. We’re seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, quick thinking, and a knack for turning customer interactions into seamless journeys.
Your Day to Day:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, such as email, chat, or phone, with clarity and professionalism.
- Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, whether it’s handling inquiries or resolving issues. You’ll maintain composure and deliver effective solutions.
- Become an expert on our offerings. Familiarize yourself with our products and services to assist customers confidently.
- Oversee order processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, helping us keep track of service history and trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating with colleagues from sales, logistics, and beyond.
- Understand and empathize with customer concerns, providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Thrive in a hybrid/remote work environment, staying connected with your CoCart team, whether they’re working from the HQ in Sioux Falls or remotely.

- You’re proficient in English. Spanish, French or German is a plus.
- You must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
