Your Day to Day:
Roll out of bed with a sales mindset — your mission is to steer CoCart to new heights!
Set the course for success as you lead and mentor our sales team, cultivating a culture that’s collaborative and results-driven.
Chart the path for growth as you craft and execute innovative sales strategies, igniting revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Forge unbreakable bonds with clients, diving deep into their needs and fashioning tailored solutions that’ll have them filling their carts with confidence.
Form a united front with cross-functional teams, refining our product offerings in alignment with market trends and the precious feedback of our customers.
Command the stage, both virtually and in person, as you orchestrate and deliver persuasive sales presentations that’ll have clients hooked.
Thrive in a self-starter landscape, guiding and supporting your team through the digital realm, with some of your team working from the HQ in Sioux Falls and some 100% remotely.

What You Bring:
Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the E-Commerce or technology sector.
Pragmatic problem solver.
No clock-watching — you manage your results and are responsible for time-management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a remote work environment.
Innovative mindset and a willingness to explore new approaches.
Proficient in English. Spanish, French or German is a plus.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
