As a Logistics Coordinator at CoCart, your mission is to oversee the flow of goods through the supply chain, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating logistics, solving problems, and maintaining a well-organized process.
Your Day to Day:
- Plan and coordinate the movement of goods, keeping an eye on delivery schedules and efficiency.
- When issues arise, you’ll be the one to troubleshoot and find solutions.
- Work closely with suppliers and carriers to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare necessary shipping and compliance documents.
- Keep clients informed about shipment status and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure products are where they need to be.
- Thrive in a self-starter landscape, guiding and supporting your team through the digital realm, with some of your team working from the HQ in Sioux Falls and some 100% remotely.

- No clock-watching — you manage your results and are responsible for time-management.
- You’re proficient in English. Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
- You must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
